Estonia's AI Leap in Education

Despite national and EU legislation against discrimination, racial segregation in Slovak schools remains prevalent, particularly affecting Roma communities. Reports show that over 60% of Roma children attend schools or classes predominantly composed of Roma students, many in special education settings unjustifiably.

NGOs and human rights advocates are urging Slovakia and EU bodies to take stronger enforcement actions and invest in inclusive education reforms. Proposals include desegregation funding, teacher diversity programs, and legal accountability mechanisms.
